At Salai, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion choices, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain accessories and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Salai

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
